Editorial policy

We publish

• Operator facts — amounts, multipliers, thresholds, times, eligibility rules — each with the source document, and the date it was read. See our method.
• Mechanics guides — how bonuses, playthrough, redemption, VIP programs and the dual-currency model work, with arithmetic shown on clearly-labelled hypotheticals.
• Absence, when it is the finding: “this operator does not publish a processing time” is a published fact, not a hole.

We do not publish

• Reviews, scores, or rankings of any kind. Operator pages answer “what is verified about X, when, from where” — never “is X good”.
• Figures without a captured, human-read operator document behind them. No estimates, no recollection, no aggregation from other affiliate sites.
• Legal conclusions about where anything is legal. Operators’ own excluded-state lists are quoted as operator statements only.
• Pages generated by templating one variable across many URLs. Each operator page must carry facts the others do not, or it does not ship.

Corrections

Corrections append; they never rewrite history. A changed figure becomes a new dated fact that supersedes the previous one, and both stay in the record. We do not silently edit a published number.

Commercial state

BestSweeps currently has no active affiliate destinations. Operator links go to the operator’s own site with no tracking parameters or partner IDs. If affiliate relationships are enabled later, those links will be labeled Sponsored and this page will say so in the present tense.

Who writes this

BestSweeps is produced by a small editorial team using a documented capture process. Captures of operator documents are performed by people in eligible locations using ordinary browsers — automation cannot pass operator bot protections, and nothing here is captured by a bot.
